That said, I like camu camu and elderberry, especially during cold season, and was happy to find this easy to take combo of the two. They're both packed with vitamin C and good for our immune systems I believe.

I am all about using a more natural product to combat nausea if I can find one that actually works.I thought I would try out these ginger root extract strips. They melt on the tongue, so are very easy to take.I am not permitted to say if they actually work but I was pleased.

Tastes good. contains ingredients that are known to boost your immunity. Well packaged in individual little packets. They're easy to open. The thing just melts on your tongue (or the roof of your mouth...)

I chose these Boost Camu Camu and Elderberry Extract Strips because I work in a school and my husband is a professional puppeteer and interacts with a lot of audiences. I like the idea of these strips, as they are easier to travel with than liquid or a bottle of pills. The strip I used did not easily dissolve, but a bit of warm tea helped it to finish dissolving. The taste is nice. It's sweet and fruity. I did not notice any unpleasant aftertaste. There are 30 strips in the package, so if my husband and I are sharing it, and taking 1 per day, this box will last us 2 weeks.

We've had some really cool weather in the fleas going around here so I tried these out. They taste great and easy to use. The ingredients in this are said to be very helpful in fighting maladies

Before ordering, I had never seen a supplement in this type of delivery system (dissolving strips). Maybe I've been living under a rock, I don't know...but I thought it was kind of a genius concept. And I was curious enough to give them a try. I don't know much about Camu Camu or Elderberry except that they are good for the immune system. As a cancer survivor, I'm always looking for extra help supporting my immune health. They melt in your mouth quickly and easily, except for sometimes sticking to the roof of your mouth...but not a big deal because they'll still melt there as well (just like a fruit roll-up). The mixed berry flavor is really yummy and doesn't leave any aftertaste, at least for me anyway. I can't attest to seeing any difference in my health...some types of supplements don't really give you any noticeable effects or changes. We just have to assume they're helping, and hopefully these do.

I’ve used just about every form of melatonin. This one works very quickly! I haven’t tried the caffeine strips yet so I cannot review their effectiveness.
